Michael N. Mulvania focuses his legal practice on commercial and general business litigation at the trial and appellate levels. Before establishing Mulvania Law in 2018, Michael worked as an associate at the prestigious litigation boutiques of Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell LLP (in Denver) and Kellogg, Huber, Hansen, Todd, Evans & Figel P.L.L.C. (in Washington, D.C.), where he handled commercial, trade secrets, class action, securities, antitrust, and environmental litigation, and white collar and internal investigations. Immediately after law school, Michael served as a law clerk for Judge Andrew J. Kleinfeld of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in Fairbanks, Alaska.

Prior to earning his law degree at the University of Michigan Law School, Michael served as a captain in the United States Army, where his assignments included tank platoon leader, armor company executive officer, and battalion logistics officer. He served for more than two years in Iraq.

Michael represents clients in diverse industries, including oil and gas and consumer products, in complex litigation, in particular trials and commercial disputes. He has drafted and delivered winning arguments and briefs in high-stakes cases.
